JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Who performs routine in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, baths, and common-area
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hotel Cleaning
- Prepare and clean guest bathroom/ bed room/ floor corridor/ public areas by follow standard
- Cleaning the room according to the standard
- Cleaning the public area according to the standard
HK Inventory & Equipment
- Ensure that HK inventory (Chemical, Amenities, Linen, etc) and equipment are available all the time
- Check and report to Supervisor for any items in need of maintenance to ensure workplace
- Check and report to Supervisor for any items in need of filling inventory
HK Knowledge
- Maintain basic knowledge about cleaning detergent and equipment.
- Know how to use each cleaning chemical
- Know how to use each cleaning equipment
Team Player
- Communicate to team and other department to make a HK operation run smoothly
- Communicate to the team to help each other finish works smoothly
- Communicate to front office and Engineer for any guest request or fixing issue
Room Knowledge
- Maintain basic knowledge about hotel room and standard set up
- Know how many rooms and room type of the hotel
- Know how is the hotel standard set up
